Help me fulfil my dream

I was diagnosed with HIV a while ago and it kinda ruined everything that i believed in. The doctors and councellor asked that i share the news with my family or friends to help me coop However to my dismay i has been disowned, thrown out of my house and unfriended by even the friend i knew for years. Im in a dark place but all i can think of now is that i want to fulfill my dream and travel as much as i can. Not the whole world because im not asking for such privilege but travel and experience life as much as i can. Its very much still is a taboo to be living or talking about HIV here but i just want to know that someone is listening and someone do care. Thank you
