Help Vin to fight Juvenile Dermatomyocitis

Update posted by Sarah Jane Dy

Hi I am Sarah, the mother of Vin Wright. He is currently diagnosed with Juvenile dermatomyositis (JDM) is a disease in children that causes skin rash (dermato) and muscle inflammation (myositis), resulting in weak muscles.

JDM is a type of autoimmune disease. The immune system is a group of cells that protect the body from infections. In autoimmune diseases such as JDM, these cells fight the body's own tissues and cells, causing inflammation and, in some cases, tissue damage.

JDM is different from adult dermatomyositis. In JDM, there is no increased risk of cancer. However, there is often blood vessel involvement, which can be severe. Also, calcium deposits (calcinosis) are common, especially in the recovery phase.

Currently he is under recovery .As a mother I am afraid of taking him medicine or treatment that is up to now under research. They found out that Jdm has no cure and the treatment only is steroids. So my plan now is to take him medicine with the use of Doctara Farrah Bunch, M.D.Mega Dose Vitamin C.We cannot afford as of now as we are having a financial problem and my husband stopped working to take care of him and my eldest son Theo.

I am knocking on your heart to seek help financially and to have him maintenance for his medication .

Thank you!
