Had a very enjoyable day today, we went to St Chad's in Birmingham for a training day in preparation for our trip to Lourdes. We completed basic life support training, manual handling training and talks on safeguarding, dementia and nutrition and hydration. We also got to meet more of the nursing team and try on uniform which was exciting and made it all feel much more real. I have uploaded a couple of photos from the day 😃
