We managed to build the wheelchair at home with the help of my brother and girlfriend.

The hardest part was getting him to accept being on a wheelchair since he would snarl and bite. But it was all worth the trouble cuz seeing him use the wheelchair and run around like a goof was very rewarding.

Sadly the wheelchair was too weak and flimsy. His measurements weren't properly taken (due to defensive aggression) as well so the wheelchair didn't fit quiet right for him. It's back to the drawing board!
