The Dra. Karen tried to extubate baby Sandrino however right after the tube was pulled out Sandrino turned black so she decided to re-intubate him. The procedure caused the blood to enter into his lungs (pulmonary edema).
Trachaestomy operation will push through since he can't breath on his own.
