It is with humble pride and appreciation for all of the support that my son has been receiving. Raising funds, especially legal funds is difficult if you do not have enough time to invest in its success. Charles and i decided that it might be best to file the writ for petition of Habeas Corpus ourselves with mom doing the research. We couldn’t raise the money in time so we did it ourselves To our amazement, the writ was granted. We are now waiting for the state to respond. They asked for an extension. Then we give our reply and an oral argument, if needed. We are grateful for the 1st favorable results we ever had. I will be stopping this campaign shortly and work on something else Thanks
