Update on the "Mom needs a new pair of knees" medical adventures!

Mom went to her personal physician yesterday for blood work and EKG. The results in today from the tests that she's stable and Mom was cleared for surgery.

During the pre-op appointment today with the Knee Doctor, we found out that Mom can go to the hospital of her choice and were able to reschedule it to the Medical Center of the Rockies. Because of the location change the surgery date was rescheduled to Aug. 12th instead. Mom's a little relieved so we'll have more time between Rita's (Ian's wife) and Mom knee surgeries. And to work on her strengthening her body before the big day.

We'll be making another trip up to the vitamin stores tomorrow to pick up more stuff for Mom! New pictures of Mom & me at the Knee Doctor's office on the fundraising site!
