Appleton - Happy Pancakes on Wednesday added star fund manager, Tony Popp, to the pageant dream team.

"I'm honored to be selected to represent this rising star," says Tony Popp, about the appointment. "She's destined for sweet victory!"

Popp's appointment follows close on the heals of the addition of digital brand marketer, Jamie Popp, and head ooey, gooey pancake makers, Chef Bennett and Sous Chef Caden.

"He's tres talented," says Nora Popp, pageant hopeful and Happy Pancake president.

Happy Pancake is the first of Popp's many junior business ventures with the goal to raise money for the Miss Wisconsin pageant in August. She's also a children's novelist with a new blog under construction at http://booksbynoahb.blogspot.com/.
