Found skinny puppy that needs a vet visit

I found a very sweet but very skinny yellow lab puppy. He has round worms and was infested with fleas. I'm assuming he was a stray in his condition and he looks to be about 4 months old. I rescued him from almost being hit by a car outside my house 2 days ago. But from not having a job (not from lack of trying) I can not afford any vet bills and can hardly afford food for myself and my dog. Please help me help this puppy. Iv come to tough times and need your help.
