Forward Motion All Stars, Charity Cup Tennis Team

Competing for the very first time in this year’s 16th Annual Tennis Charity Cup, Forward Motion brings together a team of players from its “Tennis For Helpers” program to form the Forward Motion All Stars.

Forward Motion’s “Tennis For Helpers” program started in May 2016 to show our appreciation for the Domestic Helpers in our community. Helpers have always played an important role in the tennis community whether through accompanying children to their lessons or offering their support at the community tennis events throughout the year. For the very first time, they will take their place amongst 23 other teams as the Forward Motion All Stars in one of the largest sporting events in Hong Kong, The 16th Annual Tennis Charity Cup 2019 in Discovery Bay.

The Hong Kong Down Syndrome Association and Watchdog Early Education Centre have been selected as the key beneficiaries of this event. Both of these Charities have been effective in providing meaningful support and care for children and adults with down syndrome or a broad spectrum of learning and developmental challenges.

In an effort to support these Charities, the Forward Motion All Stars team will work tirelessly to complete a multitude of fund raising activities and have set a goal to raise HK$10,000.

We would like to invite you to contribute to their efforts by making a donation and we will ensure that 100% of the donations will go directly to HKDSA and Watchdog in equal proportions.
