Forward to the future

Dear friends!
I am from Ukraine, graduated from the Polytechnic University and received a master's degree in telecommunications and radio engineering. At the moment I work as a radio constructor. I have knowledge in mathematics, physics and electronics, I am interested in astronomy and pure energy.
I surveyed some scientific works. But in my country I cannot move on, and I need your help to go to the USA for further study and job search, in which I could show myself, reach a high level and do something useful for the whole world. I am interested in hydroponics, I would like to promote its introduction.
