Our friend Giri Prasad is seriously ill and need your help. He is unconscious and severely disoriented since about a week. He is getting recurrent seizures and has very high temperature. The intial CT and MRI scans showed Cerebral edema. His Glasgow coma scale score is 3 and is not responding to external stimulus. The exact diagnosis is yet to be determined. He is currently admitted in Neuro ICU in Apollo Hospital and is on mechanical ventilation for respiratory support. We are trying to help him to get a better medical attention possible.

For those of you that don't know about Giri, He is a registered professional Nurse residing in India. He is very kind and runs a small clinic for poor and needy in a remote village. He provides free medical care for those that can't afford. It is very sad to see such a sweet person in this condition. Our hearts started melting by hearing about his health condition. He is happily married and is blessed with a beautiful baby girl last year.

His wife, parents, and friends are taking very good care of him day and night and is praying god for his speedy recovery. As of now, his family spent all the money they had for the medical treatment and is still trying their best.

We took this approach to help his family financially. We collected about One lakh rupees in Indian currency so far and gave it to their family. Please help us in this initiative by donating for his medical expenses and by keeping him in your prayers. Small or big, we really appreciate your help.
