Fort Worth or Bust!

I am a senior at Pender Early College High School; along with future college, work, and school plans, I also have big aspirations with my horse to go to the 66th annual Appaloosa National Horse Show/Youth World. Please Help send me, Brooke Buchanan and my horse, Designed Invitation "Elvis" to the Nationals in summer of 2013! This event takes place in Fort Worth, TX and is a two week long show in the beginning of July, the youth part being held the first part of the show. I went as a spectator last year with some friends and it was the best and most phenomonal thing I have ever seen in the horse industry. This event is the largest show in the Appaloosa industry and is a HUGE honor to qualify and compete. It takes many years of practice, much needed skill by the rider, and funds to make this all possible. We bought my horse, "Elvis", on Feburary 20, 2010 and ever since then he has been my heart and soul and we have been working and training to go to the nationals since day one. I am a late comer to this sport, I have only began to ride at the age of 10 when some of my fellow riding friends have been riding since before they could walk. My horse and I have worked extremely hard to get ready to go to the Nationals now we just need a little help from all of you to reach our goal!
