Forever home for my family

Help finish our forever home for my family. My wife and I have a 5yr old son who has special needs. We have been renting for the last 10+ years. Due to our son’s needs and unforeseen circumstances we haven’t been able to get much further than getting the outside walls up and some plumbing done. We really need help getting it finished so we can focus our efforts and funding on our son without worry of weather we will have a home. Our landlord is not ideal and could care less as long as we pay rent. The central air has been out for almost 2 weeks in 90+ degree heat among many other things they will not fix. We have done many repairs ourselves but we cant keep throwing our savings into a home we will never own. We feel we are stuck in a never ending cycle and just need a helping hand to get back on top of things to better care for our son and give him a better chance to succeed in life.
