We are asking for sharing your blessings for the urgent Open Heart Surgery of my Baby Noel Campasas, he has congenital heart disease Ventricular septal defect inlet type Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension moderate. The surgery require us funds at least 500k to 600k in Philippine Heart Center in Quezon City, so we can have a schedule for operation as soon as possible. To perform the surgery.
