For the Twin’s Mom

Ate Sharon is a loving and caring mother of her twin daughters namely Erish Nicole and Shaerie Nicole and a wife to Kuya Frederick Guzman. They are currently residing in Qatar where Kuya Eric is working while she chose to be a full time Mom of her 5 year old daughters and a housewife.

On March 12, 2021, our Ate Sharon (as we call her) rushed herself to the Emergency Room due to severe stomach ache. They thought it was just a simple stomach pain and that it would immediately be treated by ordinary medicine. She was advised to undergo an ultrasound procedure and there they found the lump in her stomach. Ate Sharon underwent a series of laboratory tests, based on the result of her blood work, they found a cancer cell and they called it “Carcinoma”. It took her Doctors a month to confirm the type and stage of her cancer.

It was April 10, 2021 when she called us via messenger and told us the saddest news we ever heard in our lives….. She’s got a CANCER... our Ate Sharon was diagnosed with a Stage 4 Cholangiocarcinoma (Bile Duct Cancer)... And this evil CANCER changed her life forever..

She had her First Chemo Regimen in the same month of April 2021 hoping her cancer would be immediately cured..but nothing happened. Giving up is not one of her options and so she continued the Second Chemo Regimen..but the cancer she has seems to be aggressive, progressive and mutating...2 lesions were found in her lungs..but once a fighter will always be a fighter… Her Oncologist recommended a medicine for her mutating cancer cells for her Third Chemo Regimen..but this medicine can only be purchased outside Qatar and it costs 29,000USD for a month supply.. She needs 3 cycles for 3 months which cost almost 90,000USD or 4,500,000 PhP…

This is the reason why we are knocking at your hearts to please spare us any amount that you could give to augment the expenses for our Ate Sharon’s third chemo regimen...Her twins are still too young that it hurts us so much to see their mother suffering from cancer.. But with all your help and prayers they will be able to see their mother grow old with them..
