For The Love Of Poetry

I am trying to raise money to help me to get my poetry published. i do have a website but i feel this is not enought, plus even in this day and age people do not have access to the internet.

I really, really have been through so much in my life and is a funny, morbid kinda way, my writing reflects this.

I really want to make this into something amazing, i dont intend on getting rich by writhing poetry but moe than anything i want to be a name people know, i want to inspire people. I have had comments on my website from people saying how i have effected their lives and given them hope...that is so touching for a small town mum of three to hear!

I started out writing poetry when i was 13, and i have done it ever since, it is something that comes so naturally to me, i just begin to write and the words just keep flowing, sometimes i dont understand where they come from but by the time i have finished writing, i am left with a poem.

The support from my family and friends has been wonderful, i have so much to thank them for. it was, infact, a friend that told me of this website, so i thought i would give it a go and see what happens.

If i am luck enough to be able to seel my work i will be helping charitys such a cushins disorder, type one diabetes and cancer reaserch uk, these are 3 charities that i hold very vlose to my heart.
