for the love of my twins education

I am the proud mom of a set of wonderful 12 year old twins. Every year I have heard every one of their teachers how that they wished that all the kids in their class were just like them. A smile and a helping hand to all that need it. 

My delima, We live in a very rural area. They only way for them to get to and from school is the bus. My children have been enduring endless abuse from another boy who also uses the same bus stop. His parents not only do not care, the father actually goes out of his way to yell and threaten my kids because they and I have both told the parents of the cussing and physical abuse. The school has no jurisdiction to do anything. 

My only other option is to drive my kids to school. My car is in need of new tires, brakes, tire rods, and a new belt. I am disabled and spent some time in the hospital not long ago. 

Please help so that I can make sure my kids have the best environment to start their business of education. Thank you.
