We need your help... seriously.
I'm raising funds to keep the ngo I love going. This is what we do...
We're here for all those students who are looking for something more in life, who want to be part of a community, who want to be understood and welcomed, who want to ask questions about faith, life, etc., who want to discuss, who want to grow, or who just need emotional or spiritual support during a difficult time. We value self-reflection, critical and deep thinking, mutual respect, love of learning and intellectual challenges, emotional maturing, and community. Our projects include the Festival of Free Thought, "How to answer difficult questions?" training, groups for inductive study of the Bible, summer camps, psychological support group, etc.
We have been doing meaningful work with university students in Croatia, understaffed and raising funds from one project to another, and now we find ourselves in a time of need. If we're not able to raise enough funds, we won't be able to continue the work we do. As simple as that.
The Student Evangelical Movement is a grass-roots Christian non-profit that focuses on developing faith and potential in University students. We support the students during their time in the University, provide them with opportunities to grow in more ways than one, ask questions, look for answers, develop their potential and initiatives. We offer international experiences and training, and the opportunity to be part of a global network of student movements in 170 countries worldwide. We have existed since 1982, and hope to stay present in the future.
If you feel this work is necessary, consider giving to this cause. We need your help... seriously.
