For the idea of love

30 years ago my best friend and I moved away from each other. He moved to the uk and I moved to the us. We have been in contact over the years sporadically but have over the past 2 years reconnected online and through another set of ironic circumstances now both live in the uk albeit on the very opposite ends of the country. Our communications have sparked into a budding romance compete with butterflies I haven't felt since was a teenager. Is it too late for a close to 40 something single mom to find true love?

I am trying to raise money to travel to meet him for the first time to see if true love really does exist and if your best friend can truly become your soulmate.
