Feb 2019: Tito Lito was confined in Saint Louis University - Hospital of the Sacred Heart and underwent dialysis. He was able to check out of the hospital through a promisory note.

We are once again knocking in everyone's hearts to raise funds for the remaining hospital bills, next dialysis sessions, medicines, etc.

August 2018: Tito Lito has been diagnosed with DM type II Insulin Requiring and CKD Stage 3 secondary to DM Nephropathy Anemia sec and been under medication for years now.

The following maintenance medications (approximately Php 30,000/month) are needed:

Insulin 30/5 units

Ketoanalogues 3 tablets 3x a day

Kremezin 1 sachet mix with food 3x a day

Fe Fumarate+Folic Acid 1 capsule 2x a day

Febuxostat 80mg 1 tablet once a day

Erytnropoietin 4,000 units SQ 2x a week

During his younger years, he’s given his only daughter, siblings, nieces, and nephews everything he could even if it meant not leaving enough in his pocket.

My brothers and I sometimes got my baon from him during my high school days. He even asked me to help them catering food during the weekends so I have additional allowance (even if I just stood there doing nothing).

Our family is reaching out to your helping hearts to help Tito Lito have steady fund for his constant medication until he’s well again
