Medical Assistance for Tatay Crispin’s Bypass Surgery

To all our dearest families, relatives and friends:

Our family is currently raising funds for our beloved Tatay Crispin Delos Reyes as he is diagnosed to have clogged heart arteries that caused him to suffer two consecutive minor heart attacks. We consulted with the doctor because we don't want it to happen again or to make it worse and he advised us that our Tatay will be needing to undergo a Coronary Artery Bypass surgery that will cost 550,000 to cover all the medical procedures excluding medicines.

Despite of working together to raise the needed amount for the operation, we are still having a hard time in getting money enough to proceed with the surgery as we primarily need to consider the possibility of another episode of heart attack, which we are deeply praying to our Almighty God to never happen.
