Hi everyone,My father has just turned 70 yrs old last September 24,2019,He was wishing for another 10 more years to come and celebrate His birthday,with us and as His daughter I would like to be part of making that wish come true.Unfortunately He was diagnosed with Cardiomegaly (enlarged heart) last May 2019 and He was advised to go under open heart surgery because angioplasty can no longer save His condition.However coming from a middle class family and farming is the only means of living we don't have the capacity to sustained His medical needs.That's why I'm asking for your kind and generous heart to help us fulfill His wish.
