For Tatay Rogel’s Operation (subacute subdural hematoma bilateral convexities)

My Tatay Rogel was diagnosed with subacute subdural hematoma bilateral convexities (bleeding in both sides of the brain) and was advised by his neurologist to undergo an operation (craniotomy). We were advised that we do not have any option but for him to undergo the procedure. We were informed by the private hospital that the procedure will cost more than Php1M so we opted to transfer to another hospital. ONE day of confinement in the private hospital already costed us Php 81K (May 24-25,2018). We transferred to QMMC and was told by the social service that the operation will still cost around 300K to 500K (senior and philhealth could help foot around 20% of the bill).

My father is scheduled to undergo the op on Tuesday (May 29, 2018) and I am appealing to your your kind and generous hearts to help us fund my tatay's operation.
