For settling the unpaid house rental left by a friend under my name

I'm jewel and I currently live in UAE. I work in an Engineering Consultancy firm with an average paycheck. My father died last 21 April 2018 so I had to take an emergency leave and go home to the Philippines to attend my father's funeral. When I got back to the UAE, the friend of mine who shared the house with me left me with the unpaid one month rent including the monthly utility bills. Our due date is every 3rd day of the month. I don't know where else to turn to since my employer never gave me my salary for this month for the reason that I went on an emergency leave. I don't have a place to go nor have money to buy my food and rent. Please help me get back up on my feet again. I included here the picture of my dad from his hospital bed and the time he departed from us together with the last month receipt with the total amount of the rent we are paying monthly.
