For Peeje’s Heart Surgery

"Good day! I am Peeje Ico Bandong from 292 Ambuetel, Calasiao, Pangasinan in the Philippines. I have a heart condition called Rheumatic Heart Disease or RHD. I was diagnosed with this disease at 12 years old. I stopped going to school for a while because of my condition, but was able to continue studying and even finishing a degree with the help of my brother-in-law. For years, I can say that I lived a relatively happy life despite having this illness and some limitations. However last 2015, during one of our visit at the doctor, we found out by undergoing 2D echo that 2 of my heart valves are already damaged and one of it already requires surgery replacement as soon as possible.

I am only 23 years old and I still have dreams to fulfill. My father is paralyzed and my mother is unemployed for she is taking care of me and my father. My sister is already married, and although her husband has a stable income, it is only enough to support their own family. Thus, I badly want to help in providing the needs for my father and mother. However, in my current condition, it is impossible to even look for work. My condition is getting worse each day and I have to undergo the surgery before my diagnostic tests expires. And in case you're all wondering why I am asking for your help just recently, it's because we tried asking help from others such as from our relatives and charities. However, the PCSO can not cover all the expenses for my operation. We have no other source of income. That is why me and my family are knocking at your doors for mercy and help. I still want to live longer, please help me make this possible. Thank you very much and God bless..."

We, Peeje's cousins are the ones running this account. Peeje is a young man full of dreams and a loving son. He persevered and finished his studies despite his current health state. He is really eager to provide for his family. We are asking for your help for his surgery because his condition is evidently getting worse each day and the signs and symptoms are becoming more apparent such as swelling of face and extremities:
