For own Home

Hi, we are family from Belarus. My name is Kiryll, I have a wife Vikroria and we have a son Christian. Last 7 years we live in Poland. We want to stay live here. Our parents live in Belarus, and they can't help us. Our dream is our own home. We want to take a mortgage, but in Poland you need to pay 10% from the cost of house. (we want to buy a townhouse, the cost 100000$, nothing bigger we can't afford).
