The benefactors of the raised money are the less fortunate Form 5 students of St. George's Girls' School. These girls will soon be facing their SPM examination, then adulthood.
Before all of this happens, they deserve to celebrate their last years as teenagers in the 2018 SGGS Annual Prom and Graduation, held and organised by the school's Students' Council. Unfortunately, the prices for tickets cannot be afforded by many of the students who live in the school hostel as they come from poorer families and cannot spend money on such luxurious celebrations.
The money raised will be for tickets and the overall expenses of the Annual Prom that will be held on September. We wish very much to help our seniors enjoy their last year in St. George's Girls' School and hope that there are others out there who can help make that happen.
We are grateful for contributions as little as RM1, as we appreciate whatever support that comes to us.
