For my sister’s treatment.

In November 2016 my 35 year old sister, Katarzyna Pyrzanowska was diagnosed with a malignant brain tumour: Anaplastic glioblastoma, grade II. It remained stable for short time, but after couple of months the tumour started to enlarge significantly, it finally achieved the size of 7 cm in diameter and became more aggressive, grade III. It was pushing towards the brain steam and the prompt surgery was necessary to save my sister’s life. Majority of the tumour was removed, however there is still huge part of this aggressive cancer cells left. We have to stop them from reproducing themselves as they are killing my sister. There are treatments available but they are associated with huge cost and they exceed our financial capabilities by far. We spent all our savings for the therapy so far.
Let’s face it: getting rid of this "stowaway" is very expensive and we cannot afford it. Considering our '' uninvited guest” is very stubborn and vicious, time is our big enemy in all that as well. We cannot waste any minute of it and we still believe we can win. For us every day is like ounce of gold and the only way to fight for my beloved sister is to help her raise some funds for necessary treatments. I know this unfair battle can be won!
