For my sister’s Rheumatic Heart disease operation

12 yrs ago when my sister has been diagnosed of rheumatic heart disease. Since then she's been going to the Philippine heart center for check up to be lined up for operation under Philippine charity which is funded by Philippine charity sweepstakes office (PCSO). She only has one valve problem in her heart that is not functioning well before but it became three valves now and her heart is really in a bad condition. We have been relying in charity for her operation as we don't have enough money to support her. Last December 4 was her last check up at the Philippine heart center when she was advised that she might suffer from stroke because her heart is in a bad condition due to the three valves not functioning well in her heart, the day after, the doctor's advised happened, She was stroke and we took her to the nearest hospital but we brought her to the Philippine heart center to be cured but they told us that there was no available ward and they asked us to sign a waiver that we agree that we will take my sister to a different hospital. In her bad condition they let us travel with my sick sister to another hospital because we don't have enough money to pay for a private room. We went to another hospital but they said that my sister needs to be taken to an ICU because of her condition. Thank God because until now she is fighting and recovering. She is only 46 yrs. old and hoping to undergo an operation once she is fully recovered. I humbly ask for your help to help my sister to raise funds for her heart operation. May God Bless you all. If we only have enough money we shouldn't have waited this long for her to suffer in her heart ailment. I would also like to raise this to our president as to why this is happening to our public hospitals. My sister's doctor advised that they used to perform heart operation to those who are really in need and that we needed to wait on queue but if we have P300, 000 for down payment my sister will immediately be prioritize and the whole operation would take more than a million. I hope I have that money to sustain for the operation but unfortunately I don't. Isn't 12 yrs enough for my sister to wait. Last 2014 they told my sister that she will already be scheduled but it didn't happen and they did not tell us why. I am really hoping for your kind support.
