For my Pre-term Baby’s Treatment

Update posted by Anthonet Macam On Oct 08, 2019

One month and 10 days of my little fighter has undergone 7 blood transfusions, he needed to do lab test almost everyday because of unstable result of CBC, platelet count and serum electrolytes.

His body is still bit swelling unlike before and looked pale. His milk feeding is now 5ml and still under monitor because of the enlargement of his intestine caused by the infection.

They have to do the cut down in his umbilical for the 2nd time so that my baby doesn't have to suffer from every hour needle insertion in his arm, hands, legs or feet for his IV fluid where they insert his medicines.

We are praying and hoping that he will recover from all of this and be healed.

We do not know yet until when he will stay in NICU.

Please include my son in your prayers for his fast recovery and complete healing.

We are still appealing for your kindness, any amount will be a big help for the continuous hospital care of my son.

Update of my baby Anthony, after more than a month in NICU. He has undergone 6 times blood transfusions because of low hemoglobin and platelet count due to infection. For almost a week now they stopped feeding him milk because his stomach is getting large. According to the X-RAY result, there's an enlargement in his intestine that is caused by an infection. His pedia said, he is in unstable condition. They isolate him and I was not allowed to go near him.

My husband and I are hoping he can survive it and recover. We are thankful to our families, workmates, friends and relatives who helped us for the partial deposit in the hospital. We are told that if we can't pay deposit, they will not give us medicines from the pharmacy and we must purchase it separately same as the laboratory tests. Some of his medicines are only available in another hospital in another city which is expensive.

We are still asking for your help for the medication of my son. We need to deposit P50,000 for the continuous access of the hospital's facility. Again, we are thankful for those who helped and still want to help. God Bless.
