For My Papa’s Battle

My father was confined in Manila Doctor's Hospital for more than a month now after having gone through a colon cancer tumor surgery.

Because of this (coupled with COVID 19 pandemic in the Philippines), he is unable to work and my mother is taking time away from work to care for him. Most medical expenses are not covered under his insurance plan that have now reached to as much as 2 million Philippine Peso (or $41,170). We have been financially hard up as we belong to the poorest of the poor. We never bothered to think about the cost of the treatment as the thought of saving my father’s life is more important that we decided to get the surgery done immediately.

Anything you can donate will be truly appreciated. Everything we can do to help and surround him with love is most important so he can focus on beating this thing. Please keep him in your prayers. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
