For My Mom’s Heart Operation

My mother, Marilou Serrano, is diagnosed with Congenital Heart Disease last 2018 and her doctor advised to have an open heart surgery as soon as possible. My mom's heart condition has got worse and it's making my family worry about her health. We're very sad that my mom has to go through all of this and we are in need of your help.
