For my Kidney Transplant

Good day. I am Jory Nobres 44 years of age, residing at Ambiong La Trinidad Benguet Philippines. I was diagnosed with Glomerelu Nephritis Chronic Kidney Disease Stage V last July 2014.Since 2014, I am on a 3x a week kidney hemodialysis treatment to clean my blood and my whole body system. The only way for me to be totally healed is to undergo Kidney Transplant. We are currently looking for a possible kidney donor.

This campaign is for the expenses of my hospitalization and for my kidney transplant.The kidney transplant will cost 1.5M in Philippine peso and the medication after transplant is 60 thousand to 90 thousand pesos a month for the first six months.

My wife and I are financially drained and we cannot afford to shoulder the kidney transplant. My wife works as a human resources staff just to sustain my 3x a week dialysis.

We seek your kind assistance for me to get back to a healthy life which i have been longing for a long time. With these, any amount will help me for my kidney transplant.
