For my grandma that can’t walk and stand.

My grandma in Philippines Cebu, she have arthritis, high blood pressure, diabetic, and a lot more that she doesn’t know as she doesn’t have enough money to see a full check up, can’t stand up or walk, but she doesn’t have a good house or a small place to do that, I would like to ask help for my grandma to fund in full scan of her illness full medical check up with maintaining the medicine and to include that a bit redo the house she been in order for her little comfort and good environment. Please help my grandma thank you so much. I can’t do a lot as I am also struggling and I don’t have work yet here in UK.
