For my brother’s brain surgery

Greetings!

I am Jhover Managan, brother of Justin Jeff Lagura Manahan, 24 years old, who is currently confined at the Neurology Ward, Jose Reyes Memorial Medical Center and I am modestly writing this correspondence to ask financial assistance from your generous heart.

My brother was diagnosed last February 2018 with Pineal Gland Tumor with Suprasellar Extension probably Germinoma, a type of Brain Tumor. Due to these life threatening conditions, he is now in dire need of a series of diagnostic procedures and neurosurgical operations which are needed to be done immediately.

Unfortunately, the cost of these procedures, amounting close to a million pesos, is way more than what our family’s income could afford. We are exhausting all means in order to come up with the needed money to give our nephew a fighting chance.

As a brother, no matter how hopeless and impossible it may seem, me and my family couldn’t just watch him suffer and die.

This is why I am earnestly asking from you any amount that could help us pay for the diagnostics/operations needed for my brother
