For my brother’s left arm

My eldest brother needs our help. His name is Rommel Nedic Loon. We actually need your helping hands. He has a broken left arm (broken bone). He had this accident 5 years ago when he was working as machine operator in his former employer. He had his first operation five years ago and it didn't go well. After his first operation his employer left my brother with nothing. He had needed checkup and proper medication and followup operation but his former employer didnt help my brother all throughout the medication and recovery . He needs to work inspite of his situation just to support his family and i am very proud of my brother. His left arm now is deforming. We are currently asking for help to the local government, doctor and other institution like PCSO. The doctor said he needs to buy these for his operation.
