For my Beloved Dad

My dad was diagnosed with eye cataract last year and he requires to undergo eye cataract removal surgery as advised by doctor, otherwise he might be visually impaired and become total blindness in near future. Nevertheless, we are coming from a lower middle class family, whereby my dad is a retiree who hasn’t been working for years; and my current wages is inadequate to support the family and even save for rainy days. As such, my dad refused to undergo the surgery to avoid the savings from being depleted and causing more miserable situation, even though I promised him that I will work harder to pay for the bill.
