Greetings of love and peace. I am Rochelle Angustia from Dagupan City, Pangasinan, currently employed in Local Government Unit of Calasiao. I am knocking your good heart to please help this man, he is Kuya RONNEL FERNANDEZ of Brgy.Ambuetel, Calasiao, a family man, have 4 kids, previously he was employed earning a living for his family until he was involved in an accident resulted to the amputation of his two hands.
