Knocking on your generous heart for this trying times.
My son Ruel Ambon , 20 years old from Brgy. Sadsaran Mauban, Quezon is a diagnosed case of Chronic Kidney Disease Stage 5 secondary to Chronic Glomerulonephritis. Due to the nature of disease he started symptoms of anorexia, easy fatigability, and peripheral edema and was admitted due to body weakness and generalized edema. He started his hemodialysis on January 9, 2021, and is presently on a twice a week hemodialysis session in Quezon Medical Center, Lucena City.
He is no longer wants to rely on dialysis so we do fundraising for His kidney transplant operation.
Our family is asking for financial support and prayer for his successful operation. Thank you and God bless.
