For John Ezekiel’s Heart Surgery and Recovery expenses after Operation

Hi Everyone! I am humbly asking for your help so we can save a poor child's life. John Ezekiel is suffering from congenital heart disease and needs urgent surgery. He is only 5 years old, the family is very poor, and is dependent on any help extended for the child so he can undergo surgery and get to live and enjoy life. We are currently holding a sticker for cause campaign here in our province to raise funds for the child and we do that by selling stickers for P25 and proceeds from the campaign is being given to the family in preparation for the child's surgery. They have to travel by airplane to Manila because it is where the operation will be done. They will be travelling on May 8, which is 5 days from now and still needs more funds for their expenses. After the operation, the child will need to rest for at least 3 months as per the doctor, for full recovery. They will need to stay there for that period of time and will need more funding for their needs o make sure the child is ready for travel before going home.

I am reaching out because I feel pity for the kid and the family, and I want to help save his life. Seeing the child is this situation tears my heart apart and I want to help as much as I can. I am not rich and financially stable so I want to help in any way I can, which is why I am doing this.
