This is Jhade Zyrus Pagatpat,
He has a hole in his heart due to him being diagnosed with a Congenital Heart Disease and Tetralogy of Fallot since he was born. He's only a year old. We need to raise funds for his heart surgery and also to pay our outstanding balance from the hospital. If you could donate any amount it will be greatly appreciated. All of the proofs are attached down below, Medical certificates, hospital bills, etc.
