Igor is a young guy who successfully enrolled in the budget of the Faculty of Mathematics, University of Belgrade. Unfortunately, due to illness, he put his college status to a standstill, as he was diagnosed with aggressive T cell-rich B lymphoma in March 2019, which is why he was immediately admitted for treatment at KBC Serbia at the Hematology Clinic, Department of Lymphoma.
He has undergone intensive and intensive therapies over the past year - eight R-CHOP, two D-HAP and one ICE chemotherapy, but the disease has not been controlled.
What would lead to Igor's cure is autologous and possibly allogeneic stem cell transplantation. In order to achieve this, at this stage of treatment and the condition of his illness, a very rapid reaction and administration of immunotherapy, which is not available in our medical institutions, is required.
This type of treatment is implemented with a high percentage of success in Germany and France, and significant financial resources are required for this purpose. In addition to continuing treatment, Igor needed funds for travel expenses and accommodation during therapies, and family and friends launched a fundraising campaign to ensure Igor's successful healing and return to college and a normal life.
For Igor's life! Let's be humane!
