For Emergency Matter

I am undocumented overseas filipino worker in China. I was arrested last april 10, 2020 together with my filipina boardmates, she also undocumented like me. We try to find work here for high wages but luck was not in our favor. Due to corona virus we don't have work. We stay in rented house and we pay the bills of electricity and water, ThAt's why we don't have money in our pocket. The police let us choose to pay the penalty or we will be in jail for 3 months. Were scared to stay in jail due to pandemic issues. That is why we try to find money to pay our penalty, almost 150,000 philippine money , we need to pay our penalty not exceed on April 28,2020.
