$ for dogs’ medicine/treatment

Hello my name is Ines and I am taking care of two old dogs (Osita and Almendra) which are very sick. I have to pay around $150 each month for their medicine, that doesn’t include food. I don’t have a job at the moment so I can pay for it and also they prescribed the medicine for at least six months. Each bottle of medicine cost around $40 and it last only two weeks, and in total I need around 5 bottles a month. Any help is welcomed, I’ll post pictures of the dogs and also the prescription the vet gave me.
