For College Fees and Laptop for Thesis

Hello I'm a College Student taking Major in IT, needing your help for my college fee and to buy new laptop for my thesis. I have old model of laptop but the project I'm making is a program that my old laptop can't process it properly and it always says "not responding" due to old specification of the laptop.

I already had a job before but it is only project-based and I'm not able to have enough money for it.
