For check up and laptop to work at home

hi everyone! Thank you for reading my page. I am a mom of a 6 yo bubbly girl. When i was in college which is 2010,i got diagnosed having thyroid cancer which leads to hypothyroidism because they need to completely remove my thyroid. The problem is i didnt go through with radioactive iodine because i have no money and my parents got separated that time and we have problems financially. A year after that,i go through with life taking maintennance. I got pregnant after a year and i got focused on my daughter and not on my health. When i became successful with this fundraising,i would go back to my doctor and ask if i can still go through with RAI and about my illness if my cancer progressed because i feel a new bump in my neck part.

About the laptop, i would like to buy one so i could start working at home. It is hard for me working outside because when they removed my thyroid, i got problems with my metabolism and sudden muscle cramps and it sometimes hinders me from doing my work. And it would help me a lot while taking care of my daughter.

Any amount is deeply appreciated. I would like to give attention to my health for my daughter because she still needs me.
