for Baby Paolo with Biliary Atresia

Our son Paolo was recently diagnosed with Biliary Atresia. A rare condition to infants where the liver didn’t develop naturally. A major operation has been done to remove his gallbladder and fix the bile ducts of his liver.

Biliary Atresia can’t be cured, it’s an end-stage for liver disease and in his case chronic, wherein our little Paolo will have it for the rest of his life. He’s already undergone Kasai procedure to prolong his liver until such time he’ll be needing a transplant.

Our son is brave and strong fighting at the age of 2 months. He’s been battling with multiple needle pricks for his lab tests and taking countless of medicines needed since his immunity is affected.

Countless tears for the past two weeks, and endless prayers has filled us. To see our baby suffering is the most painful thing we’ve ever endured. Our Faith to God is higher than this. It may be a worst disease but to GOD, THERE IS NO IMPOSSIBLE. We believe and claim there will be a miracle for Paolo and for his full healing.
