Campaign Story
Abby was born 7 months premature causing her to have cerebral palsy. Because of this, she cannot use her legs properly and cannot stand on her own. She also has Amblyopia causing her to have poor vision.
However, we are still hoping for her to be able to walk someday with the help of physical theraphy and her orthopedic doctor.
She went through surgery 2 years prior to fix ligaments in her legs and as adviced by her doctor, needs to wear leg braces.
Unfortunately, as she is growing, she is required to have her leg braces to frequently changed or adjusted a couple of times a year. Us, her parents cannot provide the amount needed for her to have her leg braces.
Abby has a younger brother. Her mother is the only one working and their father is the one caring for her and her younger brother.
We are hoping to reach the hearts of those who are kind to help her reach her goal to be able to walk.
