Po Tato’s is an new Catering/Food truck business that will be operating in Oklahoma.

PoTato’s has recconized the growing popularity of food truck vending and has developed a variety of unique products that offer an alternative to the current fast food options. Pa Tato’shas developed an array of fresh prepared, high quality, savory Potatoes to be prepared fresh for every order.

Our Potatoes are not just your standard small potatos, but are bought from local Oklahoma owned farms. Stuffed with fresh ingredients and various options across the menu.

We transform the traditional baked potato and not just double baked it but we added specialty options, such as Meatball Marinara, Creamy chicken Ranch, Buffalo Chicken, and several others to choose from. Po Tato’s is a full savory meal, made with the finest ingredients. We offer customers fresh food made within minutes, lead by great customer service.

With our combined skills, we believe that Po Tato’s has a team of hard workers who are self-reliant and take full responsibility. It is vital that the faces of Po Tato’s share specific key traits that include being focused on the future, are eager to learn, are action oriented, and are tech-savvy. Working on each other’s’ strengths and reinforcing the positives, Po Tato’s has a solid foundation and a bright future that we are willing to work for.

Po Tato’s plans to develop contracts with The railroad and the Local churches, based upon pre-negotiated conversations with the venues. The cost of these long term agreements will be determined after we start up.

In addition to these contracts, Po Tato’s will attend catering engagements for private events and several fundraisers to further enhance our profits and brand awareness.

Long term goals for Po Tato's include expanding our customer base, increasing networking for private events, and help with funraisers for local churches. We will be developing more menu items, and eventually moving into a physical space for preparation.

In order to accomplish these goals Po Tato’s will require an investment of $13,000. The investment will be used for legal fees and licensing as well as the initial truck costs and food.

Po Tato’s was formed by an ambitious couple while sitting at home on a Friday night cooking dinner. Po Tato's consists of Rile & Rebecca Mitchell each owning 50% of the company. Pa Tato’s came to be through the combination of different skill sets and hobbies from each team member.

Both of the individuals are formally trained in aspects of marketing, promotions, and business. Rile & Rebecca both have a passion and love for cooking. Rile has many years of experience in the food and service sector (with a keen sense for numbers). Rebecca has a degree in Graph Arts and Advertising and running several businesses. Both Rile & Rebecca have many years work experience in customer service.

Together the skills, knowledge and passion amongst the team encouraged this partnership that believes that it is a prime time to enter the food truck business in Oklahoma with a good chance of success.

This group of business partners felt that the food truck industry in Oklahoma is understated compared to other metropolitans in North America where food trucks have become very profitable businesses. Po Tato’s intends to enhance the Oklahoma food truck scene while building upon the popularity of food trucks.
